The use of this site is governed by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS set forth below. Your use of this site or purchase from Burning Bush Pty Ltd indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Burning Bush Pty Ltd reserves the right to make changes to this web site and these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
Burning Bush Pty Ltd is the service provider; it is also referred to as Burning Bush, "us" and "we".
Customer is the person or organization who purchases or seeks services from Burning Bush Pty Ltd; it is also referred to as "you".

Placing order

All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Burning Bush Pty Ltd, this includes pre-paid orders, e.g. Payment made by credit card, direct deposit etc.

To minimize errors and improve efficiency, orders should be placed using our on-line ordering system whenever possible. Other forms of ordering are accepted only if our on-line ordering system is malfunctioning or you have difficulty using it. Other ordering methods include E-mailing our sales or submitting order by fax.

Quantity in stock does not take into accounts the orders already placed which are yet to be processed. It is possible that an order placed earlier will receive the allocation of the part in which the quantity for it showed as in stock at the time of your order. Inventory discrepancy can also affect the accuracy of the stock status displayed on our web site.

Picking up orders. Customers are asked to wait for a confirmation e-mail from Burning Bush Pty Ltd in regards to the collection of their order. This helps us limit the waiting time and "out of stock" issues that may arise from customers trying to collect their order before it is completed. Delays or disappointments may occur if this pick-up procedure is not followed.

Any attempt to cancel an order must be made as soon as possible. Cancellations attempted after the dispatching will result in the customer having to pay the shipping and handling charges on the package and the cost of shipping the package back.

For print orders, cancellation can only occur prior to Burning Bush Pty Ltd receiving signed proofs and any artwork charges will still be payable by you.  Print orders cannot be cancelled after Burning Bush Pty Ltd have received your signed proofs unless print productions has not yet commenced.

Cancellations may be communicated by telephone, email or Fax. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays by E-mail or Fax only.

Payment

Dispatching of goods where the payment terms selected is by pre-payment, is subject to fund clearance. This includes direct deposits, payment by cheque etc.

For pick up order, payment can be made by accepted credit cards (VISA & Mastercard), direct bank deposit. Cash deposit, fund transfer requires overnight for the fund to be cleared.

The title of the goods supplied does not pass to the customer from Burning Bush Pty Ltd until the full amount is paid to Burning Bush Pty Ltd and confirmed by Burning Bush Pty Ltd.

Shipping

We do not ship to third party addresses.

Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. We will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delay or lost shipment.

Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to inspect and sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

Return and refund

Returns for refund will only be accepted within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Burning Bush Pty Ltd will only accept goods for return if the goods are faulty, we do not accept returns if you change your mind. Burning Bush Pty Ltd must be notified (phone, email or fax) prior to faulty goods being returned. If goods are faulty, where possible, we will replace with identical product. Goods must be shipped within 3 working days of you notifying Burning Bush Pty Ltd of the fault.

Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Burning Bush Pty Ltd within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. This must be done by E-mail, Fax or Phone.

Burning Bush Pty Ltd owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.
